'The Explorer' English scheme of work

Welcome to Part 2 of ‘The Explorer’ English Scheme of Work for Upper Key Stage 2 children (aged 9-11). During the 30 x 1 hour English lessons your class will love deepening their connection to the characters and writing narrative poetry about the explorer. We have even provided you with a choice of writing genres to conclude the unit: either persuasive writing or an adventure narrative!
